§ 1612

1612. The department may suspend or revoke an agreement at any time if it determines that an entity is not in compliance with the terms of the agreement or fails to provide timely status reports as required by subdivision (g) of Section 1605. The department shall adopt regulations establishing the procedure for suspension or revocation of an agreement. The procedure shall require the department to provide to the entity a written notice that explains the basis for a suspension or revocation, and to provide the entity with an opportunity to correct any deficiency before the department suspends or revokes the agreement.(Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 736, Sec. 2.
