§ 1616

1616. Any agreement or any memorandum of understanding executed by the department pursuant to this chapter prior to January 1, 2004, shall be subject to, and shall be governed by, the provisions of this chapter that were in existence prior to that date. This section does not apply to paragraph (2) of subdivision (b) of Section 1602, requiring an entity to provide a copy or other satisfactory evidence of an agreement attained prior to January 1, 1977, upon the request of the department.(Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 736, Sec. 2.
