2055. The Legislature further finds and declares that it is the policy of this state that all state agencies, boards, and commissions shall seek to conserve endangered species and threatened species and shall utilize their authority in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1240, Sec. 2.)
