2073.4. (a) A person may submit information to the department relating to the petitioned species during the evaluation of the petition pursuant to Section 2073.5. The information shall relate to the matters identified in Section 2072.3.(b) Within 30 days after receiving information pursuant to subdivision (a), the department shall notify the petitioner regarding its content.(Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 329, Sec. 5.
