2007. (a) It is unlawful to set, place, or cause to be set or placed, any trap gun.(b) A 'trap gun' is a firearm loaded with other than blank cartridges and connected with a string or other contrivance contact with which will cause the firearm to be discharged.(Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 132, Sec. 33.
