2858. The department shall establish a process for external peer review of the scientific basis for the master plan prepared pursuant to Section 2855. The peer review process may be based, to the extent practicable, on the peer review process described in Section 7062.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 1015, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2000.)
