2930. (a) This chapter shall be known, and may be cited, as the Salton Sea Restoration Act.(b) The state’s comprehensive management plan for the Salton Sea, established pursuant to the Governor’s directive of May 2015, shall be known, and may be cited, as the John J. Benoit Salton Sea Restoration Plan.(Amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 859, Sec. 2. (SB 615) Effective January 1, 2018.)
