2150.1. Fees collected pursuant to this chapter for permits, permit applications, and facility inspections shall be deposited in the Fish and Game Preservation Fund. The department shall annually identify the amount collected for each type of permit, permit application, or inspection for which a fee is collected.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 789, Sec. 4.)
