§ 2201

2201. The Animal Trust Fund is hereby established in the State Treasury. Upon appropriation by the Legislature, the money in the fund is available to the department for the administration of this article and to make grants pursuant to Section 2203. The department may use not more than 5 percent of the money in the fund for the costs of administering this article.(Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1231, Sec. 2.)
