2270.5. Section 2270 does not apply to the importation of live aquatic plants or animals for aquaculture purposes by a registered aquaculturist if the importation has been approved by the department pursuant to Section 15600.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1686, Sec. 3. Effective September 30, 1984.)
