2350. It is unlawful to transport or carry a deer or game bird out of this state, except by the holder of a nonresident hunting license or under a written permit issued by the department.(Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 154, Sec. 53. (AB 1527) Effective January 1, 2016.)
