2643. The proceeds of bonds issued and sold pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the Fish and Wildlife Habitat Enhancement Fund, which is hereby created. The money in the fund may be expended only for the purposes specified in this chapter and only pursuant to appropriation by the Legislature in the manner prescribed in this chapter.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 6, Sec. 1.
