§ 2789

2789. In areas where habitats are or may become isolated or fragmented, preference shall be given by the agencies expending money from the fund to projects which will serve as corridors linking otherwise separated habitat so that the genetic integrity of wildlife populations will be maintained.(Added June 5, 1990, by initiative Proposition 117.)
