2792. If any agency designated in Section 2787 ceases to exist, or is otherwise unable to expend the funds appropriated by Section 2787 to that agency for the period specified, the board or its successor agency shall expend the same funds for the same purpose.(Added June 5, 1990, by initiative Proposition 117.)
