2793. The board and any other state or local agency that expends any funds appropriated from the fund on environmental enhancement, restoration, or improvement projects shall utilize the services of the California Conservation Corps and local community conservation corps to the extent practicable.(Added June 5, 1990, by initiative Proposition 117.)
