2798. Acquisitions of real property made pursuant to this chapter shall be done in compliance with the land acquisition law as existing or as hereafter amended and as it applies to the agencies designated in Section 2787, and in compliance with subdivision (a) of Section 5929 of the Public Resources Code.(Added June 5, 1990, by initiative Proposition 117.)
