3243.5. The commission may transfer a commercial hunting club license to other land owned or controlled by the licensee, in the same county as the originally licensed land, without an additional fee, if the commission finds the new land suitable for the purposes of the license and the transfer does not conflict with the public interest.(Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 154, Sec. 69.
