§ 3408

3408. Any landholder who has paid the fee required by this article, has a valid license issued pursuant to this article, and who is conducting activities pursuant to an approved wildlife habitat enhancement and management plan that could be licensed or permitted pursuant to another provision of this code shall be exempt from any requirement to obtain that other license or permit or to pay any other fee. This section shall not, however, be construed to exempt anyone from any requirement pertaining to hunting and sport fishing licenses and stamps.(Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 818, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1993.)
