§ 3451

3451. The department may coordinate and cooperate with all branches of the United States military service, Department of Defense, for the purpose of developing fish and wildlife management plans and programs on military installations. The plans and programs shall be designed to provide biologically optimum levels of fish and wildlife resource management and use compatible with the primary military use of those lands. Military lands involved in programs developed pursuant to this article shall not be available to the general public without the consent of the military service administering the lands.(Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 591, Sec. 1.)
