(a) Each fishery management plan prepared by the department shall include a procedure for review and amendment of the plan, as necessary.(b) Each fishery management plan or plan amendment prepared by the department shall specify the types of regulations that the department may adopt without a plan amendment.(Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 1052, Sec. 8.
