Each fishery management plan and plan amendment shall include a list of any statutes and regulations that shall become inoperative, as to the particular fishery covered by the fishery management plan or plan amendment, upon the commission’s adoption of implementing regulations for that fishery management plan or plan amendment.(Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 1052, Sec. 8.
