5653.7. In the event of an unanticipated water level change, when necessary to protect fish and wildlife resources, the department may close areas that were otherwise opened for dredging and for which permits were issued pursuant to Section 5653.(Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 1037, Sec. 4.)
