6400.5. In addition to Section 6400, it is unlawful to transport or possess any live white bass (Marone chrysops), whether taken within or without the state, unless it is first submitted for inspection to, and written permission is obtained from, the department.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1686, Sec. 4.
