6457. Because of its experience and continuing involvement with hydrilla control programs, the implementation of Sections 6450 and 6454 shall be carried out in consultation with the Department of Food and Agriculture.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 249, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
