8431. Dolly Varden or steelhead trout from without the State may be possessed and sold within the State when they are inspected and tagged in accordance with regulations prescribed by the commission. The cost of such inspection and tagging shall be paid by the person submitting the trout for such inspection and tagging.(Enacted by Stats. 1957, Ch. 456.)
