Except as provided in Section 8436.5, fish of the family Centrarchidae (Sacramento perch, crappie, black bass, and sunfish) shall not be taken or possessed for commercial purposes, sold, or purchased, other than fish that are cultured pursuant to Division 12 (commencing with Section 15000).(Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 328, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2008.)
