8552.4. Herring permits that are revoked or not renewed may be offered by the department for a drawing to persons having 20 or more experience points in the fishery on the first Friday of August of each year.(Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 207, Sec. 5. Effective July 25, 1989.)
