8241. The department shall issue the permit for use of a replacement vessel if it determines that the conditions specified in Section 8239 have been satisfied and the replacement vessel has the same fishing potential as, or less fishing potential than, the permitted vessel.(Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 472, Sec. 10.
