§ 8279

8279. It is unlawful to sell any Dungeness crab taken in any of the following waters:(a) The Eel River and its tributaries between the Pacific Ocean and the west line of Sec. 35, T. 3 N., R. 1 W., H. B. & M.(b) The Pacific Ocean within a radius of one mile from the mouth of the Eel River.(c) Humboldt Bay, including the entrance of that bay, and the Pacific Ocean within a radius of one mile from the extreme western point of the north jetty at the entrance of the bay and for a radius of one mile from the extreme western point of the south jetty at the entrance of the bay.(d) Trinidad Bay, that bay being the body of water within the area inclosed by a line running southeasterly from the westernmost point of Trinidad Head to the mouth of Luftenholtz Creek.(e) Bodega Lagoon.(Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 874, Sec. 2.
