8283. Crab traps may be set and baited 64 hours before the opening date of the Dungeness crab season. Crab traps may be set and baited in advance of that opening date if no other attempt is made to take or possess Dungeness crab.(Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 757, Sec. 8.
