8383.5. It is unlawful to take, possess, sell, or purchase any white sea bass less than 28 inches in length, measured from the tip of the lower jaw to the end of the longer lobe of the tail.(Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1370, Sec. 24. Effective October 27, 1992.)
