(a) In Districts 4, 19, 19A, 20, 20A, and 21, trawl nets or dragnets may not be possessed.(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision (a) of this section, trawl nets and dragnets may be possessed, under such regulations as the commission shall prescribe, in Districts 4, 19, 19A, 19B, and 21.(Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1155.)
