8803. In District 10, beach nets may be used, the meshes of which are at least 11/2 inches in length. In that portion of District 10 lying south of Pt. Lobos, beach nets not over 20 feet in length, the meshes of which are at least seven-eighths of an inch in length, may be used to take surf smelt only.(Enacted by Stats. 1957, Ch. 456.)
