9004. Every trap shall be raised, cleaned, serviced, and emptied at intervals, not to exceed 96 hours, weather conditions at sea permitting, and no trap shall be abandoned in the waters of this state.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1271, Sec. 20.)
