9100. The California Energy Extension Service of the Office of Planning and Research shall implement a revolving loan fund program to assist low-income fishing fleet operators reduce their energy costs and conserve fuel by providing low-interest loans to those operators.(Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 967, Sec. 1.)
