12002.9. In addition to any other penalty prescribed in this code, the license issued pursuant to Sections 8032 to 8036, inclusive, to a person who is convicted of a violation of Section 7121, 7364, 7370, 8372, or 8373 shall be suspended for not less than seven days nor more than 30 days. Each day a fish of the species designated in any of those sections is unlawfully possessed and each unlawful transaction involving the purchase or sale of a fish of those species by a wholesale fish dealer is a separate violation.(Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 154, Sec. 105.
