§ 12003

12003. Notwithstanding Section 12002, a second or subsequent violation of Section 8670 is punishable by a fine of not less than two thousand dollars ($2,000) nor more than four thousand dollars ($4,000) or imprisonment in the county jail for one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.(Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1092, Sec. 103.
