12003.2. Notwithstanding Section 12002 or 12008, the punishment for any violation of Section 4500 or 4700 is a fine of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for each unlawful taking, imprisonment in a county jail for the period prescribed in Section 12002 or 12008, or both the fine and imprisonment.(Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 130, Sec. 97.
