§ 12008

12008. Except as otherwise provided in Section 597 of the Penal Code, the punishment for a violation of any of the following provisions is a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year, or both the fine and imprisonment:(a) Chapter 1.5 (commencing with Section 2050) of Division 3.(b) Section 3511.(c) Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 4700) of Part 3 of Division 4.(d) Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 5050) of Division 5.(e) Section 5515.(Amended by Stats. 1988, Ch. 127, Sec. 1.)
