12026. Any person whom the department determines has provided evidence or information leading to the arrest and conviction of a person or persons found guilty of violating Section 6400 through the use of an aquatic nuisance species, is eligible to obtain a reward of up to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) pursuant to Section 2586.(Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 431, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1999.)
