1473. Sections 1481 and 1510 shall not apply to investments held by a bank prior to January 1, 2009. All authorizations regarding investments by a bank issued by the commissioner prior to January 1, 2009, are terminated.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 334, Sec. 37. (SB 537) Effective January 1, 2014.)
