1609. The validity or legality of any act or proceeding done or taken by any trust company, relating to or in connection with the administration of its court and private trusts, shall not be affected or impaired by the neglect or failure of such trust company, or of any officer or employee thereof, to comply with any of the provisions of this division. All such acts and proceedings done or taken prior to the revocation of its certificate of authority to do a trust business by the commissioner, under the provisions of this division, or the revocation by any court or judge thereof of the appointment, order, or decree theretofore entered in such trust matter, shall be as valid and effective for all purposes as if any such neglect or failure had not occurred.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3.
