Nothing in this chapter shall make it unlawful for any person or corporation to engage in the business of receiving and holding money in escrow or of acting as trustee under deeds of trust given solely for the purpose of securing obligations for the repayment of money other than corporate bonds.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3.
