1636. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this article, no stocks, bonds, or other securities which, at the time of sale pursuant to Section 1635, are listed on any established stock exchange in the United States may be sold at public sale but may be sold at any time thereafter through an established stock exchange.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3.
