1026. The commissioner may, in approving an application to organize and establish a corporation to engage in the banking or trust business pursuant to Section 1023, impose any conditions the commissioner deems reasonable or necessary or advisable in the public interest.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 334, Sec. 33.
