For purposes of this chapter, offices of foreign (other nation) banks are divided into classes and ranked in ascending order, as follows:(a) Representative office.(b) Nondepositary agency.(c) Depositary agency.(d) Limited branch office.(e) Wholesale branch office.(f) Retail branch office.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3.
