1767. Each foreign (other nation) bank that is licensed to maintain an office shall conduct all of the business of the office in a single building or in adjoining buildings. However, for good cause and with the approval of the commissioner, the bank may conduct part of the business of the office elsewhere in the same vicinity.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3.
