§ 1853

1853. The articles of a corporation shall provide that the purpose of the corporation is to engage in the business of international and foreign banking and other international and foreign financial operations, the business of banking and other financial operations in any dependency or insular possession of the United States, and any other lawful activities which are not, by applicable laws or regulations, prohibited to a corporation transacting business under this article.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3.
