1859. No corporation shall carry on any part of its business in the United States except such as, in the judgment of the commissioner, shall be incidental to its international or foreign business. Except such as is incidental and preliminary to its organization no corporation shall exercise any of the powers conferred by this article until it has been duly authorized by the commissioner to commence business under the provisions of this article.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3.
