1874. Every corporation and foreign corporation shall also make such other special reports to the commissioner as he or she may from time to time require, which shall be in such form and filed at such date as may be prescribed by the commissioner and shall, if required by the commissioner, be verified in such manner as he or she may prescribe.(Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3.
